Refunds will not be processed after the start date of any session without a medical note. If you wish to cancel your summer camp week, we must be notified within 7 days of the camp start date.

Refunds are for class/camp fees only and there is a $20 administration fee for all refunds.

River Valley Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel classes if the minimum numbers are not met. 

If a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will place you in a different class. If space is not available in a different class, a full refund will be issued.
